WHITE WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Speck of salt

Whip cream until slightly thickened but not stiff enough to hold a peak. Fold in sugar, add beaten eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour which has been sifted with baking powder and salt. Bake in 2 small layer cake pans at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
