1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef 1 tbsp. horseradish 3 green onions 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature in mixing bowl. Using kitchen shears finely chop beef and onions. Add horseradish. Mix these ingredients well. Shape into ball, roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with favorite crackers or vegetables. |
