MARK LIPTAK'S CHEESE BALL | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. sour cream 1 (2 oz.) jar dried beef 1 tsp. mustard (More or less to taste. You may substitute horseradish.) Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Finely chop dried beef slices. Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, mustard and 1/2 the dried beef. Mix well. Shape into ball. Roll ball in remaining dried beef. Refrigerate. Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers. |
