CHICKEN STEW
3 chicken breasts
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 can peas
1 can carrots
1 box stuffing mix (turkey is best)

Simmer the chicken breasts until tender in just enough water or broth to cover.

In a medium saucepan, add 2 cans of chicken noodle soup, peas and carrots.

When chicken is done, drain and chop. In a medium to large pot, prepare the stuffing mix according to instructions, let boil for a minute or so and add the chopped chicken.

Mix up the chicken and stuffing, then add the chicken noodle, peas, and carrots.

Turn heat on extremely low and let simmer for about 1-2 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Serve.

Creative way to use cans of chicken noodle soup. Very tasty, simple to make, pleased with the results and it was healthy to boot. Thanks for sharing.
