RITZ CRACKER CHEESE CAKE | |
2 c. Ritz crackers, broken into pieces (40) 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 4 egg whites, beaten stiff 1 c. chopped walnuts Beat egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Beat well; mix in cracker crumbs and nuts. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown; cool. TOPPING: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 (15-25 oz.) can pineapple Cream together cream cheese and Cool Whip; add pineapple. Spread on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate. |
