FRUIT SALAD FOR 35 
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) canned peaches
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) canned pears
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 c. fresh green grapes, stemmed & washed
2 pt. strawberries, hulled
3 bananas, sliced
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can apricot pie filling
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain canned fruit. Add fresh fruit and marshmallows. Diced unpeeled apples add a nice texture. Fold in pie filling. Chill and serve. This will keep for a week in refrigerator. Add cantaloupe and watermelon if you like.
