MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 sm. can cream soup
2 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
1 tsp. pepper juice
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix ingredients as listed. Bake at 450 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.
