MEXICAN CORN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 cans tomato sauce
2 pkgs. taco mix
1 can corn (16 oz.)
10 corn tortillas
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. water

Brown ground beef, add onions until tender. Add tomato sauce, taco mix, water, corn; mix well and remove from heat. Pour 1/2 of the beef mix into a casserole dish.

Cut tortillas in 1/2, place them over the beef mix. Add remaining beef mix. Cover with cheese and bake 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream.
