CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Mahatma rice, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
Velveeta cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Mix corn, butter, soup and rice. Put in casserole dish. Layer cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
