OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2-1 c. bread crumbs or wheat germ

SEASONINGS:

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

1. Turn on oven to 400 degrees.

2. Remove skin from chicken, if you like.

3. Mix egg and milk in bowl; mix bread crumbs and seasonings on plate.

4. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs.

5. Place chicken in baking pan. Set timer. Bake for 1 hour, turn over with fork.

6. When chicken is done, remove pan from oven, using potholder.
