CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. & 1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter
Optional:
Fruit pie filling or
Chocolate Kisses or
Crushed pineapple

Crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cube butter (1/2 cup). Place on sides and bottom of springform pan. (You may add crushed pineapple to top of crust now. I usually don't but it is good.)

Cake: Cream and soften cream cheese and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Add 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup sugar and 4 eggs. Beat until smooth, about 15 minutes. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Test - knife in middle should come out clean. Glaze 5 minutes.

GLAZE:

Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour over baked cheesecake. Bake at 350 degrees an additional 5 minutes. Chill 4-5 hours.
