TOMATO PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. water
2 c. bread cubes, crust removed
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine sugar, tomato puree and water. Cook five minutes. While mixture is cooking, put bread in a greased casserole and pour butter over. Add tomato mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 4.
