PAUL'S PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs 2/3 c. white Karo syrup 3/4 c. sugar 1 deep dish pie crust 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Beat eggs slightly. Add Karo syrup and sugar and mix. Add melted butter, vanilla and pecans. Mix well and pour into a deep dish pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the middle does not "jiggle". |
