TOASTED BUTTER PECANS 
1 lb. (4 c.) pecan halves
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. butter

Place pecans in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole, sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cut butter into 4 pieces and place on top. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
