GREEN PEPPER & BEEF STIR FRY 
1/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. steak
2-3 tbsp. oil
3-4 green peppers

Combine soy sauce, water and clove of garlic. Slice beef into thin strips (this is easier if meat is slightly frozen). Add strips to soy sauce marinade. Marinate 30 minutes to an hour. Cut peppers into short strips. Saute beef in oil over medium high heat. Add peppers, heat until they are crisp tender. This is also good using chicken instead of beef.
