2 egg whites
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. tartar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Beat until peaks are formed. Remove and add vanilla and beat until stiff.
