EASY LOW FAT LASAGNE 
1 lb. chopped beef
1 (12-16 oz.) container cottage cheese
8-12 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
9 lasagne noodles
32 oz. spaghetti sauce

Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Set oven at 350 degrees. Cook lasagne noodles are according to package directions. Brown beef, drain, stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.

Combine cheeses, eggs, oregano and salt and pepper to your taste. Spread 1/4 cup sauce in pan, cover with a layer of noodles. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat sauce, noodle, cheese layers 2 more times. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes. Serves 9.
