EASY BAKED FISH 
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use low-fat)
6 fish fillets (your choice)
2 cups crushed potato chips (Wavy Ranch works good)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x11-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Finely crush potato chips in a Ziploc bag. Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on each side of filet. Dip filet in potato chips, coat evenly, and place in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Serves 6.
