SAUSAGE MEDLEY 
1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. potatoes
9 oz. pkg. frozen green beans

In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, stirring often until well browned. Remove from skillet. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of drippings. Add onions. Cook until soft, add broth, seasonings, potatoes, sausage and beans. Toss and spoon into 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Stir. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
