HAM, POTATOES, AND BEANS 
1/2 lb. ham
1 can whole potatoes
1 can green or yellow beans
1 tsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper

Dice the ham. Brown in a medium size pot. Add beans. Drain potatoes and quarter them. Add to ham and beans. Stir in minced onion. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2-3 people.
