"BOBBY" CUE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook gently for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

NOTE; This can be made in the microwave also. For a mild flavor, brush on meat during cooking. For a hotter sauce, heat and brush on meat right before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
