CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts
Fresh ginger root, grated
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. wontons
6-8 green onions
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Cook chicken in water with ginger for 20 minutes or until done. Cool and cut. Cut wonton skins into strips (Use 1/2 package. Freeze other half for future use.) Deep fry skins and drain. Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing before serving.
