1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin orange slices
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Mix all above together and pour into 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 cake pan sprayed with "Pam". DO NOT USE GREASED AND FLOUR. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

Cake must be completely cool.

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained save juice
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding

Mix these together; high speed electric mixer.

1 lg. Cool Whip

Fold into above by hand until well blended. If you feel icing too thick add a little of the pineapple juice.
