CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 c. raw cranberries
1/2 orange rind
Pulp of orange (cut up)
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 apple (skin on) cut up
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Combine cranberries, orange rind and put through food chopper. Add orange pulp and sugar. Let stand for 1 hour. Add Jello to boiling water. Put the fruit mixture into Jello while still warm. When cool add apple and pineapple. Refrigerate.
