SWEET TORTILLA CHIPS 
Oil for deep frying
10 flour tortillas, cut into quarters
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In deep fryer or heavy saucepan, heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 375 degrees. Fry tortilla pieces in hot oil on each side about 45 to 60 seconds or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle warm chips with sugar mixture. Makes 40 chips.
