TURKEY YOGURT LASAGNA 
1 lg. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water

CHEESE FILLING:

4 c. plain yogurt
1 egg
3/4 c. minced basil
Dash of nutmeg
1 lb. cooked lasagna noodles

Cook turkey, onions, garlic powder and oregano in 4 quart sauce pot until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. While sauce is simmering, combine yogurt, egg, basil and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Begin with tomato sauce in large lasagna pan. Then noodles, then cheese mixture. Repeat layering and end with tomato sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes.
