VEAL MARSALLA 
2 sticks butter
4-6 lg. flat pieces of veal
Flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 can College Inn chicken broth or beef broth
2 c. marsalla wine

Beat egg and milk and soak veal in it. Then dust veal with flour, put veal back into egg and milk mixture again. Then put veal into large skillet or electric skillet at 350 degrees with the two sticks of butter. Cook veal quickly 2 minutes on each side. Remove veal, save all drippings, slowly add broth and wine. Stir constantly, put veal into casserole and pour broth and wine mixture on top and serve.
