HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans vegetables (I use 1 can of corn and a can of peas)
10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 onions, sliced
1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
Velveeta
Salt to taste

In a large pan brown hamburger; drain grease. Add potatoes and onions and rice and salt and beef packet flavoring. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are done. Remove from heat. Place sliced Velveeta in a layer on top of stew. Mix well and serve. If you want more vegetables they may be added.
