5 lbs. gator meat, cut into 1/2 to 1 inch chunks Marinate in buttermilk, to cover, with 1 cup garlic powder and 1 cup pepper for 12 hours; drain. Roll chunks in flour that is mixed with 1 cup garlic powder to cover. Deep fry no longer than 2 minutes. |
