GRAPE NUT BREAD 
1 c. Grapenuts
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. sugar
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil

Mix Grapenuts and milk. Add soda stir well. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Makes a very stiff batter. Place in 2 well greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When done remove from pans and brush top of loaves with melted butter.
