TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
1 c. cheese crackers, crushed
1 bell pepper, diced
1 med.-lg. onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter

Saute peppers and onions. Mix with stewed tomatoes, cheese crackers and cheese in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper. Mix sliced butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
