1 1/2 c. pumpkin pie mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butterscotch chips

Combine pumpkin, oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture. Blend well. Stir in chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet to bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
