25-30 chicken wings (approx. 5 lb.) discard tips & cut at joint
1/2 c. sugar
5 oz. soy sauce
1 1/2-2 tbsp. ginger
1 c. water
2 tbsp. molasses (or more)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. MSG
