SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 c. chopped mango
1 sm. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 shredded carrot, optional

Mix together.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Bring to a boil and pour over sauerkraut mixture. Let set 24 hours.
