1 1/2 pkg. oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
1 - 12 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix together milk, pudding, and Cool Whip. Add gradually to the cream mixture and mix well. Spread 1 1/2 inches deep of cookie crumbs in bottom of pan. Add 1 layer of filling and layer of cookie crumbs. End with layer of cookie crumbs.
