QUICK MONKEY BREAD 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack Biscuits
1/2 c. (additional) sugar

Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly in the bottom of a well greased 10" bundt pan. Set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits into quarters; roll each piece in sugar mixture and layer in bundt pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and butter, bring to a boil. Pour over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Invert onto serving plate as soon as pan is taken out of oven. Let cool. Bread is pulled apart rather than cut.
