MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cooking oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Mix all ingredients except oranges in large mixing bowl. Add can of oranges, juice included. Mix by hand to prevent mashing orange sections. Pour into three 8 inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Frost.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice included
1 (13 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix all. Fill between layers, sides, and top. Keep cake refrigerated.
