CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello, regular size
1 1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. frozen peas, slightly cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can corned beef, shredded with fork
2 hard-boiled eggs

Mix Jello, water and lemon juice. Let cool until Jello starts to set. Add remaining ingredients and pour into square 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan. Chill to set. Garnish with tomato wedges or fruit. Makes 8 or 9 servings.
