CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. boneless chicken
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Shredded cheese
Bread crumbs
Rice

Slice up chicken into small bite size pieces and fry in skillet with some butter. In medium bowl, combine soup, milk, some cheese. Run the broccoli until hot water, drain and add to mixture. Stir in the chicken and pour into a baking dish. Top with some bread crumbs and remainder of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
