HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 (No. 330) pork and beans
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
3 tbsp. sugar (if desired)

Saute onions over low heat. Increase heat and add hamburger to onions. Combine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. After hamburger is brown, add catsup mixture to meat. Bring to boil. Add beans and peppers. Bring to full boil. Put in a casserole dish and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 8-10.
