SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. green or red peppers, chopped
2-3 pkgs. dried beef, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1 round loaf shepherd's bread

Cut out top (like a cream puff) of the shepherd's bread and gently tear out inside leaving a shell but save the bread torn out and tear into pieces, set aside in a sealed container.

Mix all ingredients together in the bread bowl, put top back on and seal in foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot with bread chunks and crackers.
