TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground fresh turkey
1 lg. carrot
3 strips green pepper
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 eggs
1/3 c. raw oatmeal
2 stalks celery
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of mixed herbs or poultry seasoning
Strips of lean bacon

Mix all together. Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Cover top with strips of lean bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Delicious and good for your health.
