STIR FRY PEAS AND PEPPERS 
1 tsp. oil
1 1/2 c. red peppers, chopped
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts

Saute until tender. Add:

1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Combine the last 5 ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 minute more. Sprinkle sesame seed over combined vegetables. (I add more seeds).
