MEMBOSHA 
20 sm. fresh shrimps, chopped finely
10 slices bread
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Dash salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Mix the chopped shrimps with sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Remove the bread crusts and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Place the shrimp mixture between 2 pieces of bread, like a sandwich. Fry in hot oil until brown. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
