CHRISTMAS MORNING SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. sausage links 4 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. whole milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 c. grated sharp cheese 8 slices French bread, cubed Brown sausage in skillet, drain and slice. Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Beat until well blended. Stir in sausage, cheese and bread. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate, covered overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares. |
