MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 bottle salsa sauce
1 sm. can sliced black olives
Green onions
Cheddar cheese, grated
Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning per directions on package. Fry tortillas in oil on both sides until crispy. Drain individually on paper towels. Place tortillas in single layer on cookie sheet. Top with seasoned meat. Place second tortilla on top. Layer with salsa, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Garnish with sliced green onion (use tops!) and olives. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts a bit. Ole!

Can be cut into fourths with serrated knife. Approximately 6 "pizzas.")
