STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 pkg. (sleeve) Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. onion flakes (chopped)

Wash mushrooms. Take off stems. Roll crackers out with rolling pin. Add other ingredients. Melt butter in small pan and add to dry ingredients. Fry mushrooms in butter until golden brown and remove from pan and onto baking sheet. Fill center of mushrooms with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
