POULTRY STUFFING 
5 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. mushrooms
3 tbsp. oil

Saute vegetables in oil until tender. Add seasonings and bread crumbs and heat through. Enough stuffing for 2 chickens or one turkey.
