BANANA CUSTARD 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Mix together to make crust in 9x13 inch pan. Set aside. 3/4 c. sugar 3 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla 4 or 5 tbsp. flour

Mix together and cook in microwave on medium heat until thickened. Pour custard over crust, slice bananas on top. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar. Place on top of custard and broil until light brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
