LEMON FRUIT FREEZE 
2/3 c. butter
3 c. crushed cereal
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (17 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail
1/3 c. sugar
14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
2 c. Cool Whip

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and crumbs. (Reserve 1/3 cup crumbs for garnish.) In 9 x 13 inch pan, spread crumb mixture. Press firmly and evenly; bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. In large mixer bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in pie filling; add fruit cocktail. Pour mixture over crust. Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over fruit mixture and garnish with crumbs. Freeze.

Rice Chex, Corn Chex, or Rice Krispies.
